Fifth road is the newest road in Saranda city centre and is becoming sought after, not only because the municipal government have applied strict conditions on developers constructing here, in terms of height and building line, but because significant funds have been invested into the provision of the drainage system running underneath this road and lighting.

Iliria is situated on the sea side of the fifth road in a favourable position as you can see from the photographs and has good pricing and excellent quality of construction by an experienced developer.
